Delphine Rule - B.PE, M.Teaching, OCT

Hi there!

I’m Delphine; mother, wife, teacher, school Vice Principal, and committed advocate for children with learning exceptionalities.

I believe that all children have the potential to make a difference — no matter how difficult their learning struggle might be. I also believe the best way to unlock a child’s potential is to build a network between parents, teachers, and school administrators with the common goal of elevating the child’s success using the best combination of tools possible.

Raised by parents who were committed to learning all they could to enrich my education program so that I could flourish, from a young age I learned that with strong, consistent leadership and dedication to advocacy — anything is possible.

Why?

Because I have Dyslexia, a disABILITY that two of my three children share with me.

Does it define us? Absolutely not.

Yet, it has been part of my journey — and that of my children’s. It’s a challenge I’ve navigated proudly.

When I became a parent, my own experience helped me advocate for my children as their exceptionalities became evident.

As a bilingual teacher, special education inclusion consultant, and now a Vice Principal, my experience combines with my expertise.

My life’s work is to navigate the uncharted territory of the educational system and make the process of advocating for children with learning exceptionalities easier and smoother.

Now, I fight to open the eyes and ears of stubborn systems. Not just for me and my children, but for you and yours.

That’s why Access2Education was born — so I can pass on to you the valuable lessons, insights, and resources I’ve gained.

The goal?

To provide you with clear, knowledgeable guidance that helps you collaborate with education professionals to optimize support that centres your child’s success.

Together, we can build a road map to secure the right resources and services for you and your family and continue to make a change so that all children can realize their greatest potential.
