Are you Advocating for Your Needs?

As parents and guardians we always ensuring we advocate for the needs of our children. Are they getting their accommodation, are people supporting them, and is their need being seen. But here’s my question to you about you…. Are you advocating for what you need? Advocating is tiring, stressful and often emotional. You can only look afternoon else if you are looking after you as well!
